Travel Highlights
Haley had a rough start but turned around within 30 min. I am learning that she starts out rough in the morning and I tend to finish rough after a long day of riding.You’d think we would learn by now. We arrived in Niagara and got settled into our home for the next few days, and the place we would leave the motorcycle, while we made our 3-day journey back to California. The KOA is great but the area around us is not so great. Across the street are several massage parlors and a couple of strip clubs. Oh well, the KAO is very large and the surrounding area has no effect on our environment. Haley got out immediately and found some friends to swim in the two outdoor and one indoor pools as well as the other activities. I started to plan the packing and bike storage solutions for our trip and booked the “Maid of the Mist” boat ride to the falls for Tuesday. We also picked up some movies for the night and invited one of Haley’s new friends over after dinner to watch with us.
